    The room had a dirty floor in spots, a clogged shower head, and there was leftover trash in a bedside table. There were holes in towels, a lack of pillows, and the overall cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The hotel could really use better upkeep and maintenance. Breakfast options were limited, and during check-out, there was no staff available to assist.

    The ice-covered sidewalks were a safety hazard!!! The rooms lacked adequate security features like bolt locks!!! Housekeeping could have been much more attentive to cleanliness and maintenance!!!

    The room was 'clean' but clearly lacked attention, with dirty floors in spots and a horrible shower head. I expected a room upgrade or at least fresh towels, but instead was met with rudeness from the staff, completely ruining my stay. I just couldn't give a good review after that disapointing experience.
